Why are there no landing page recommendations?

Landing page problems are rare and often non-existent despite what Google may say. 

Here's an example:

This is a case where the Google AdWords diagnostic bubbles incorrectly reported a landing page problem. The change from "Average" to "Above average" was not a result of changing the landing page, but rather of increasing CTR. 

One of the biggest mistake when optimizing quality score is to focus on landing page. And so as not to let our customers scatter their attention in useless ways, we do not show landing page recommendations.
